Bolide Nemo ground effect model

My latest ground-effect model, the result of 118 experimental models. It weighs 4 kg and it flies at 100 mm from the surface at a speed of 60 km/h USING ONLY 90 WATTS OF POWER. It is stall-proof as well. My sponsors and I have reached 85% completion of a two seat full size craft based on this model, but we completely ran out of money.
