खमंग कोथिंबीर वडी | How to make Kothimbir Vadi | Crispy Coriander Fritters

Ingredients:
• 1 cup of Coriander leaves
• 1 cup Besan / Chick pea flour
• 1/4 cup Rice flour
• 1/2 cup wheat flour
• 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
• 1 tsp White Sesame seeds
• Salt to taste
• 4 tbsp Water
• 2 tsp Oil
• Oil for frying
Method:
• Cut the coriander leaves
• Add besan, rice flour, wheat flour, red chilli powder,
sesame seeds and salt to the coriander leaves
• Mix everything well together without adding any water.
• Add two Tsp of oil and mix well
• Add a little water and make thick dough.
• Take steamer with water in it.
• Make rolls from the dough.
• Put the kothimbir vadi rolls in it.
• Keep some space between two rolls.
• You can steam kothimbir vadi in cooker too.
• Steam the vadi on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.
• After steaming, take the vadi out and let it cool down.
• Cut the rolls into pieces.
• Heat up oil and drop vadi into it. Fry the vadi unril light golden
from both sides and take them out.
• You can shallow fry the vadi too.
