Statistics: Machine Learning Workshop

This two-day bootcamp familiarized attendees with the terminology and techniques that encompass machine learning and emphasized an overall understanding of what machine learning can and cannot do. It specifically overviewed: • the mathematical framework for machine learning, including basic statistics, calculus, and linear algebra, • practical coding in Python, with the NumPy and PyTorch libraries, • and applications of machine learning algorithms like principal component analysis and neural networks.
