Sweet & Sour Pork 咕咾肉 甜甜酸酸爽爽脆脆 Pork Easy Recipe
预备400克的猪肉
Prepare 400g of pork
切成小块
Cut into small pieces
在猪肉中放入各种佐料

3克 五香粉
30克 水
10 克 淀粉
10克 橄榄油
Salt 7g
Five spice powder 5g
Water 30g
Corn flour 15g
Oil 15g
面糊的制作 - 预备三种面:淀粉,生粉和发粉
淀粉900克
生粉 80克
发粉 80克
鸡蛋 一个
水 160克
Corn flour 90g
Self raising flour 80g
Plain flour 80g
One egg
Water 160g
水 160克分几次倒入,边搅拌边加水。
Pour in 160g of water as you stir.
将猪肉放入粉中搅拌
Put the pork in the batter
把蔬菜油加热到180°C
Heat the vegetable oil to 180C
将猪肉放入油锅中炸5分钟
Fry the pork in a frying pan for 5 minutes
将猪肉捞出晾凉

我们开始做甜酸汁

将青椒,胡萝卜,洋葱,西红柿,菠萝切成小块
Cut the green peppers, carrots, onions, tomatoes and pineapples into small pieces
放入锅中

50克 糖
45克 醋
65克 蕃茄酱
100克 水
50g sugar
45g vinegar
65g tomato sauce
100g water
加入红色素2滴,这项可以自选。
Add 2 drops of red food coloring, this is optional.
15克淀粉加 30克水
Add 15g starch and 30g water
将油再次加热到180°C,
Heat the oil again to 180C
猪肉再回锅炸7-8分钟。
Deep fry the pork for 7-8 minutes.
出锅
