3. The master : In this stage you start feeling difference physically. Your face starts to glow, you muscle grows faster beard and hair grows faster.
4. The champion : This is the best stage where you grow socially. Girls fin you attractive, you stop getting insecured etc.
5. Monk mode : As you've done the 90 days goal now you're in a monk mode where you won't get bad taughts and start getting disciplined.
