Mutton Masala with Turai or Hyderabadi Turai Gosht is a very tasty recipe made using Turai i.e Ridge Guard cooked along with mutton
METHOD
1.In a pan heat oil - 2 tablespoon , saute it till pinkish
2.Add ginger, garlic and coriander paste - 2 teaspoon and saute
3.Add
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - as required
Mutton - 400 gram or as required
Saute well
4.Add water - 1/2 cup and cook till mutton is 80% tender
5.Add Red chili powder - 1 & 1/2 teaspoon and saute
6.Chopped tomatoes - 2 medium sized cook till tomatoes are tender
7.Then add Ridge guard/turai cut into small pieces and cook till soft
8. Garnish with coriander leaves
9.Serve hot with roti or rice
