Vegan Crab cakes
1 jar or can of Hearts of Palm
1/2 cup of yellow onion and celery
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp black pepper, seasoned salt, garlic powder
1 & 1/2 tsp old bay
12 saltine crackers
3-4 seaweed sheets
3-4 tbsp vegan mayo
Panko crumbs
Cooking oil (DO NOT use a lot of oil, the cakes will oversaturate and will fall apart when you flip them)
