This is the first video in the Micro Happy Planner Series.
We are experiencing a lot of emotional upheaval currently as the Coronavirus makes its way around the world. A lot of us are scared, worried, and nervous about what is happening. Folks are being sent home from work and schools are closing down. With all of this going on we tend to forget about taking care of ourselves.
I created this specific self care planner just for these circumstances. It covers all kinds of ways to make sure that you are being mentally, physically, and emotionally healthy. We can't take care of anyone else if we are not well.
