Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts - 3rd Person Glitch

This happened after loading a previous checkpoint and immediately hacking the CCTV console on the first map. It de-spawned all the enemies on the map. I could only run and look around. I couldn't fire my weapon or use equipment or even jump. I wasn't able to recreate the glitch after hitting another checkpoint.
