Living the good life on a smallholding at Caherbeg, Rosscarbery, has become a family business for Willie & Avril Allshire & their sons, William & Maurice, & Maurice’s partner, Laura. There are two brands; Caherbeg Free Range Pork products all made from pork from the family's own herd of free range outdoor pigs on the farm in Caherbeg, Rosscarbery. Rosscarbery Recipes is all made from locally sourced Beef, Pork and Lamb ( all guaranteed Irish and sourced as locally as possible ) which they butcher, age and process in our little factory on the farm.
