Africa 3000m champion Emmanuel Kiplagat won the men’s 5000m semi-final one on day one of the U20 national trials at Kasarani Stadium. The trials will be used to select Team Kenya ahead of the World U20 athletics championships. The global event is slated for August 17 to 22 at Kasarani stadium.
