50 minute KICKBOXING HIIT WORKOUT// no equipment, at home

Ok guys! This is a JAM! 45++ minutes of bodyweight, cardio kickboxing. It’s fun & intense all rolled into one fat burning, monster workout. Be sure to warm up before we get started. Remember to be intentional with your movements, punches, and strikes of any kind.
Get that TOUGH game face on and be ready to jab, kick, SWEAT, and burn massive calories!
Here’s what we got:
5 circuits
2 combinations per circuit
Working 30 sec, quick rest 10 sec
We will be leading RIGHT the first half of the workout—BREAK—then repeat leading LEFT.
