This healthy Almond chutney can be made quickly with few ingredients. This is a great side dish for Idli and Dosa.
Ingredients for Chutney 1:
• Almonds – 2 handfuls
• Coconut (Optional) – 1 tbsp or more
• Green Chilies – 3
• Ginger – a small piece
• Salt – to taste
Ingredients for Chutney 2:
• Almonds – 2 handfuls
• Coconut (Optional) – 1 tbsp or more
• Red Chilies – 3
• Tamarind – a small piece
• Salt – to taste
Directions:
1. Blend all the ingredients for few secs and then add water and grind again for few secs.
2. Temper it with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
