Mustard - 1 tablespoon Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon Thyme - 1 teaspoon Black pepper - 1 teaspoon Salt - 1 teaspoon White wine - 200 ml / 6.7 fl oz. Breadcrumbs for rolling Butter - 50 grams / 2 oz. Olive oil - 20 ml / 0.7 fl oz. Method of preparation We cut the chicken breasts so that we open them up, as shown in the video above. We put them in a tray. We prepare the marinade. In a bowl, whisk the yogurt with the mustard, garlic powder, thyme, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Spread the resulting marinade liberally on both sides of the chicken breast. Cover the tray with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. We prepare the sauce. Heat 30 grams of butter with 10 ml (0.3 fl oz.) of olive oil. Fry the mushrooms for 10 minutes on a moderate heat. Add the green garlic, finely chopped. Fry for 3 minutes on low heat. Add the white wine and season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat. We take out the chicken breast from the refrigerator. We roll them in breadcrumbs and fry them in 20 grams (0.6 oz.) of butter with 10 ml (0.3 fl oz.) of olive oil. Fry for 4 minutes on each side on a moderate heat. When they are ready, add them to the sauce. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
