Palak Dal Tadka is a healthy, delicious and one of the most made palak recipes in Indian homes. It is made with very easy and simple protein rich dish is served with rice or roti. It is made with few ingredients like spinach, onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, chana dal, moong dal and some spices. It is also made with Toor Dal. Well this Dal Palak is so good I simply enjoy it. It is so healthy, high proteins and fibres.
INGREDIENTS:-
1/2 Cup Chana Dal
1/4 Cup Moong Dal
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
200g Spinach
1 Chopped Onion
1 inch Grated Ginger
7-8 Cloves Grated Garlic
2 Tomatoes Paste
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Bay Leaf
2 Pinch Asafoetida
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Garam Masala
INGREDIENTS FOR TADKA:-
1 tsp Ghee
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Dry Red Chillies
1 Pinch Asafoetida
