Or, more aptly, "How to Ocarina Dive off Most Ledges". When you do Ocarina Items by holding ESS, hitting the bottled item, then your sword/punch, you'll actually fall off the ledge instead of snapping to it. This means that you can ocarina dive in way more situations, and not need a specific angle or ledge.
