Lashing rain and strong winds whipped at the Caribbean nation's capital, Port-au-Prince. The storm came just two days after a 7.2-magnitude tremor claimed hundreds of lives. People who lost their homes in the quake are sleeping in makeshift camps. The tremor was more powerful than a 2010 quake that killed more than 200,000 people.
