Fresh Cream used in icecream and for Cake decoration.
Ingredients.
Butter - Unsalted 100 gm
Maida - 2 table spoon
Milk - 1/2 cup
Sugar -1/2 cup
Heat the pan first add sugar and milk and maida and cook in low flame. Cool the mixture now and kept in fridge ,then beat the butter first beat in low speed then in high speed. Then keep in fridge and beat again.
Then add the mixture in to butter and beat well. Our fresh cream is ready now.
We can fill the fresh cream in piping bags and can decdorate the cakes.
