Follow Sousou's steps and add this colorful and delicious Chicken with Corn meal to your family lunch.
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS
1 Full Chicken, butchered into 8 pieces (2 breast halves, 2 drumsticks, 2 thighs, 2 wings)
2 Medium onions, diced
2 Red sweet peppers, chopped into long strips
2 Cups water
2 Cans corn
1 Tablespoon flour
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Rub the chicken pieces with oil, salt and pepper and place them in a Pyrex. Bake them in the oven until golden brown.
In a pan on the stove, fry the onions with oil. Add the peppers and stir for 10 minutes.
Mix the flour with the onions. Next, add the water and cook on low heat until the red peppers are tender. Add the corn, salt and pepper.
Once the chicken is cooked, spread the mixture on top.
Heat in the oven for 10 minutes before serving.
